1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and i89bd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the i89bd website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any portion of the i89bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the i89bd platform. i89bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a revised version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on i89bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any game or betting activity on i89bd.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party or corporate entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of i89bd or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. Ensuring your activity on i89bd complies with applicable local laws is solely your responsibility.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on i89bd. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. i89bd will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Your account responsibilities include:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your activity, regardless of who performed it.
• You must notify i89bd support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. i89bd will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login details.
• You must not open duplicate or secondary accounts. If detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and the primary account may be suspended pending investigation.
• You must update your registered personal details promptly whenever your information changes. Outdated information leading to a failed withdrawal is not the responsibility of i89bd.

i89bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account it reasonably believes is operated in breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Account balances may be temporarily frozen and will be released upon satisfactory conclusion of any investigation.

4. Deposits

All deposits made to your i89bd account are subject to the following terms. i89bd supports multiple local Bangladesh payment methods to provide fast and convenient fund access:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-side processing fee on any supported deposit method; however, your payment provider may independently apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. i89bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended.
• i89bd is not liable for any deposit that fails to credit your account due to network issues, errors on the payment provider's side, or incorrect payment references. Contact support with your transaction receipt if a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes.
• i89bd reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds on any account where unusual deposit activity is observed, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). i89bd does not charge currency conversion fees; deposits in other currencies are converted at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of crediting.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with i89bd's standard withdrawal procedures. The following terms govern all withdrawals from your i89bd account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal, i89bd will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until your identity documents have been verified to i89bd's satisfaction. Subsequent withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed on the same business day for bKash and Nagad.
• i89bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of our responsible gaming policy on the account in question.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

i89bd does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. Any fees charged by your receiving payment provider are outside i89bd's control and are the account holder's responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

i89bd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and specific promotions may carry additional conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Standard requirements are 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• i89bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has partially met the wagering requirement, i89bd will assess each case individually and may, at its discretion, honour a proportionate portion of the bonus.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i89bd platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the technical operation of the i89bd platform, its APIs, or any connected game software.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, access promotions, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Registering or allowing a person under the age of 21 to access the platform, including knowingly sharing account credentials with a minor.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition hosted on i89bd.

8. Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on i89bd are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier. It is the player's responsibility to review the specific rules of each game before playing. The following general terms apply to all gaming and betting activity on the platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. i89bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted and recorded by the platform, except where a clear system error can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round that prevents a result from being determined, the round will be declared void and all stakes returned to the player's account. i89bd will not be liable for any indirect losses arising from a technical interruption.
• Sports betting markets are subject to sport-specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play bet acceptance. These rules are published on the relevant sport or event pages and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• Maximum payout limits per game, per round, or per bet may apply. These limits are stated within the relevant game interface or sports market and represent the maximum amount i89bd will pay out on a single wager regardless of the mathematical result.

i89bd uses independently certified RNG systems for all applicable games. Each game outcome is entirely random and independent of previous rounds. Past results have no influence on future results in any RNG-based game.

9. Responsible Gaming

i89bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of player protection tools accessible directly from account settings. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. • Third-party game software distributed via i89bd remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. Use of such content is governed additionally by the terms of the relevant provider.
• The i89bd brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of i89bd. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium, including social media, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i89bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if i89bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. i89bd's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

i89bd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any reliance you place on information obtained through the platform is strictly at your own risk.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

i89bd collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
